Together referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Scope of Services

The Photographer agrees to provide professional wedding photography services on [Event Date] at [Event Location]. Services include:

• Pre-wedding consultation.

• Coverage of ceremony, reception, and related events.

• Delivery of edited digital images.

2. Fees and Payment

7. Copyright and Usage Rights

• Commercial use requires written permission and may involve additional fees.

8. Liability

• Photographer is not liable for circumstances beyond control, including venue restrictions, weather, or interference by guests.

• Liability is limited to the amount paid under this Agreement.

9. Substitutes and Assistants

Photographer may use assistants or substitute photographers in case of illness, emergency, or scheduling conflicts, provided they are of comparable skill and experience.

10. Force Majeure

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to events beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, illness, or government restrictions.

11. Governing Law
