1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to define the quality standards, inspection processes, and compliance requirements for products or services provided by the Supplier to the Customer.

2. Scope of Products and Services

3. Quality Standards

The Supplier agrees to manufacture, deliver, and maintain all products in compliance with:
