• Deliverable formats and technical specifications.

2. Timeline

3. Compensation

8. Limitation of Liability

The Production Company’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client.
Neither Party shall be liable for indirect or consequential damages.

9. Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or governmental actions.

10. Governing Law
