• The Client agrees to indemnify and hold the Photographer harmless against claims arising from the use of images.

8. Force Majeure

Neither Party shall be liable for delays or failure to perform due to events beyond their reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, or acts of government.

9. Governing Law

10. Entire Agreement
