5. Customer Responsibilities

6. Insurance
The Installer shall maintain liability insurance with coverage of at least $[Amount].

9. Liability and Indemnification
The Installer shall be liable for damages caused by negligent installation.
The Customer agrees to indemnify the Installer against claims arising from misuse or unauthorized alterations of the system.
10. Termination
