Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Scope of Services

The Engineer agrees to provide the following services:

• Feasibility studies and technical assessments.

• Design and drafting of engineering plans.

• Construction oversight and quality assurance.

• Compliance reviews with applicable laws and codes.

• Consulting on technical solutions and problem-solving.

A detailed description of services is included in Exhibit A – Scope of Work.

2. Project Timeline

8. Liability and Indemnification
