Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Location Description

The Property Owner grants the Producer permission to use the following property:
[Full Address and Description of Location].

2. Purpose of Use

The location may be used for the following activities:
[Specify activities, e.g., filming, photography, event hosting, production staging].

3. Dates and Times

• Start Date/Time: [Date and Time]

• End Date/Time: [Date and Time]
  Additional access dates, if any, must be approved in writing.

4. Compensation

The Producer agrees to pay the Property Owner a fee of $[Amount] for use of the location. Payment shall be made according to the schedule outlined in Exhibit A – Payment Terms.

5. Insurance

The Producer shall maintain general liability insurance with minimum coverage of $[Amount].
Proof of insurance must be provided to the Property Owner prior to the commencement of activities.

6. Responsibilities of the Producer

The Producer agrees to:

• Respect property rules and restrictions.

• Ensure safety and security of all personnel.

• Repair or compensate for any damage caused during use.

• Remove all equipment and restore the location to its original condition.

7. Responsibilities of the Property Owner

The Property Owner agrees to provide safe and legal access to the location and to disclose any hazards that could affect production activities.

8. Liability and Indemnification

• The Producer assumes all liability for injuries or damages occurring during production activities.

• The Producer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Property Owner against claims arising from production use.

9. Cancellation

Either Party may cancel this Agreement by providing at least [X days] written notice.
Any non-refundable deposits or fees are subject to the terms specified in Exhibit A.

10. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of [State/Country].

11. Entire Agreement

This document represents the entire understanding between the Parties and supersedes all prior negotiations and agreements.
