Using the app
What is “+ New Chat” button, Bookmarks and History?
Click '+ New Chat' to start a new session. Previous chats are saved in history, and you can bookmark important ones for quick access.
Do you keep my documents or data?
AI Lawyer doesn’t store your documents. Files are processed once for answers and not saved. You can delete your data anytime.
Billing & account
How to get "Students & teachers" discount?
Open our app, click Activate Pro, and select the Students and Teachers button for discounted pricing. Verification may be requested later.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your profile → My Subscription → Cancel Subscription. For help or refunds, email hi@ailawyer.pro.
Can I receive a refund if I'm not satisfied?
Yes, we offer a money-back guarantee. Just email hi@ailawyer.pro and we’ll process your refund.
How do I change my email or card details?
Currently, you can update your details by emailing ailawyerapp@gmail.com. A self-service account update option is coming soon.
