• Avoid false, misleading, or offensive content.

6. Exclusivity

During the campaign period, the Influencer shall not promote competing products/services without written consent of the Brand.

7. Confidentiality

Both Parties agree to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information shared during the collaboration.

8. Term and Termination
