2. Consent to Recording and Appearance

The Talent agrees to appear in and participate in the project identified above.

The Talent authorizes the Producer to record, photograph, film, or otherwise capture the Talent’s:

image or likeness;
voice;
performance;
biographical or identifying information, if applicable.

3. Rights Granted

The Talent grants the Producer the right to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, transmit, promote, and otherwise use the recorded or captured material containing the Talent in connection with the project.

This may include use in:

videos or films;
photographs;
trailers or clips;
social media posts;
advertising and promotional materials;
websites or digital platforms;
future related uses or compilations.

4. Editing and Production Rights

The Talent understands and agrees that the Producer may edit, crop, shorten, combine, rearrange, subtitle, dub, enhance, or otherwise modify the recorded material for production, publishing, and promotional purposes.

The Producer is not required to use all or any part of the material.

5. Ownership

The Talent understands that all recordings, photographs, footage, and final edited materials created in connection with the project shall be owned by:

The Talent does not retain ownership of the final media or production materials unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Compensation

9. No Obligation to Publish

The Talent understands that the Producer is not required to publish, distribute, or continue using the material.

The decision whether and how to use the material remains with the Producer.

10. Release

The Talent releases the Producer from claims arising out of the authorized recording, editing, publication, distribution, or promotional use of the material, except to the extent a claim cannot lawfully be waived.

11. Governing Law

12. Entire Agreement
