This Model Release (Adult) (the “Release”) is entered into as of [Effective Date] by and between:

Model: [Full Legal Name], an adult age 18 or older, with an address at [Address] (“Model”).
Producer and Model may be referred to individually as a “Party” and collectively as the “Parties.”
1. Consent and Grant of Rights
1.1 Consent. Model grants Producer permission to photograph, film, and/or record Model’s image, likeness, voice, and performance on [Date(s)] at [Location].
1.2 Granted Rights. Model grants Producer a worldwide, perpetual, irrevocable (unless stated otherwise), royalty-free right to use, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, transmit, and otherwise exploit the content described below.
1.3 Content Covered. This Release covers: ☐ Photographs ☐ Video ☐ Audio ☐ Digital files ☐ Other: [Describe].
1.4 Permitted Uses. Producer may use the content for:

1.5 Editing. Producer may edit, crop, retouch, combine, and create derivative works, provided the content is not used in a defamatory or unlawful manner.
2. Ownership
2.1 Producer Ownership. Producer owns the content and all related rights, subject to Model’s rights under applicable law.
2.2 No Approval Rights. Unless required by law, Model waives any right to inspect or approve finished content, captions, or copy.
3. Compensation
3.1 Compensation. In exchange for the rights granted, Producer will provide:

3.2 No Royalties. Model is not entitled to royalties or additional compensation unless agreed in writing.

5. Release of Claims

5.2 No Defamatory Use. Producer agrees not to use the content in a defamatory, misleading, or unlawful way.
6. Representations
6.1 Adult Status. Model represents they are at least 18 years old and have capacity to sign this Release.
6.2 Authority. Model has the right to grant the permissions in this Release.
6.3 No Conflicting Agreements. Model represents they are not bound by any agreement that would prevent signing this Release.
7. Revocation (Optional)
