3. Work Made for Hire Intent

If any work product does not legally qualify as a work made for hire, the ownership terms in Section 4 shall apply.
4. Assignment of Rights
To the extent any deliverable or work product does not qualify as a work made for hire, the Contractor hereby assigns and transfers to the Client all right, title, and interest in and to that work product, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights, to the extent allowed by law.
