3. Work Made for Hire Intent
The parties intend that, to the fullest extent allowed by applicable law, the deliverables and all final work product created by the Contractor under this Agreement shall be considered a work made for hire for the Client.
If any work product does not legally qualify as a work made for hire, the ownership terms in Section 4 shall apply.
4. Assignment of Rights
To the extent any deliverable or work product does not qualify as a work made for hire, the Contractor hereby assigns and transfers to the Client all right, title, and interest in and to that work product, including all copyrights and other intellectual property rights, to the extent allowed by law.

5. Pre-Existing Materials
