7. Client Health Disclosure
The Client confirms that the Client has disclosed any known medical condition, injury, physical limitation, pregnancy, or other health concern that may affect participation in online training.
The Client understands that it is the Client’s responsibility to seek medical advice before beginning or continuing any exercise program, especially if the Client has a health concern or experiences pain or unusual symptoms.
8. Assumption of Risk
The Client understands that exercise and fitness activities involve inherent risks, including muscle soreness, strain, falls, aggravation of existing conditions, and other minor or serious injuries.
Because the training is provided remotely, the Client accepts responsibility for exercising within personal limits and for maintaining a reasonably safe workout environment.
9. No Medical, Physical Therapy, or Nutrition Treatment
The Trainer is not acting as a physician, physical therapist, licensed dietitian, or other licensed healthcare professional unless specifically stated in writing.
Any fitness, wellness, or general nutrition-related information provided under this Agreement is for educational and training purposes only and is not medical advice, treatment, or diagnosis.
10. Trainer Responsibilities
The Trainer agrees to:
provide online training services in a professional and timely manner;
use reasonable care when explaining exercises and training methods;
design sessions or workout plans based on the Client’s disclosed goals and limitations;
communicate clearly regarding scheduling, expectations, and general progress.
11. Client Responsibilities
The Client agrees to:
attend sessions on time and prepared to participate;
follow instructions to the best of the Client’s ability;
maintain a safe workout space free from avoidable hazards;
use appropriate clothing, footwear, and equipment where applicable;
stop exercising and inform the Trainer if pain, dizziness, shortness of breath, or other concerning symptoms occur.
12. Equipment and Workout Space
The Client is responsible for having any equipment needed for the agreed training plan, unless the Trainer specifically states that no equipment is required.
The Client is also responsible for choosing a suitable space for training with enough room, lighting, and safety for movement.
13. No Guarantee of Results
The Client understands that individual fitness results vary and depend on many factors, including consistency, effort, nutrition, sleep, health status, and lifestyle choices.
The Trainer does not guarantee any specific result, including weight loss, muscle gain, improved performance, or any other fitness outcome.
14. Communication and Support
Between scheduled sessions, communication and support will be provided as follows: [Email / app messaging / limited weekday support / other].

15. Confidentiality
