SOFTWARE AS A SERVICE (SAAS) AGREEMENT

This Software as a Service Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Effective Date], by and between:

1. Services Provided

The Provider agrees to make available to the Customer access to the software application(s) described as [Product Name], delivered via the internet, along with any related support services.

2. License Grant

The Provider grants the Customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services during the term of this Agreement, subject to the terms herein.

3. Fees and Payment

4. Customer Responsibilities

The Customer is responsible for:
