This Freelance Contract (“Agreement”) is entered into on [Date], by and between:

Together, the “Parties.”

1. Scope of Services

7. Independent Contractor Status

The Freelancer is an independent contractor, not an employee. This Agreement does not create an employment, partnership, or joint venture relationship.

8. Termination

Either Party may terminate this Agreement with [X] days’ written notice.
Upon termination, the Client shall pay for all work completed up to the termination date.

9. Liability
