8. Food, Inventory, and Supplies

9. Maintenance and Care
The Renter agrees to use reasonable care to protect the Food Truck and all included equipment during the rental period.
The Renter may not perform repairs, modifications, or equipment replacements without the Owner’s prior approval, except where immediate action is reasonably necessary for safety.
The Renter must promptly report any accident, damage, breakdown, equipment issue, or unsafe condition.
10. Insurance and Liability

11. Damage, Breakdown, and Repairs
The Renter is responsible for damage to the Food Truck or included equipment occurring during the rental term, excluding normal wear and tear and any issue caused solely by a pre-existing defect not caused by the Renter.
If the Food Truck becomes inoperable during the rental term, the Renter must notify the Owner immediately.
Any refund, replacement truck, repair arrangement, or service adjustment will be handled as follows: [Terms].
12. Cleaning and Return Condition
The Renter must return the Food Truck on time and in reasonably clean condition, subject to the following requirements:
remove all food, trash, and personal items;
clean cooking, prep, and service surfaces;
return all included equipment and accessories;

report any missing or damaged item.
If extra cleaning or restoration is needed, the Owner may charge the Renter reasonable amounts as permitted by this Agreement and applicable law.
13. Cancellation and Early Termination
