Pet-related damage is not considered normal wear and tear.
The Tenant agrees to pay for repair or replacement costs to the extent permitted by the lease and applicable law.

7. No Unauthorized Pets

8. Right to Revoke Pet Permission
The Landlord may revoke permission for the pet if the Tenant:

10. Service Animals and Assistance Animals
Nothing in this Addendum is intended to override applicable laws relating to service animals or other assistance animals. If the Tenant requests a reasonable accommodation under applicable law, that request will be handled separately according to legal requirements.
11. Priority of Terms
If there is a conflict between this Addendum and the lease agreement, this Addendum will control with respect to pet-related matters, to the extent permitted by law.
12. Entire Addendum
This Addendum represents the full understanding between the parties regarding the approved pet at the rental property.
