1. Purpose

The purpose of this Agreement is to protect confidential, proprietary, and non-public information that may be disclosed to or accessed by the Intern during the internship.

The Intern understands that access to such information is being provided only for authorized internship-related purposes.


2. Confidential Information

For purposes of this Agreement, “Confidential Information” includes any non-public information related to the Organization, its business, clients, employees, contractors, systems, operations, products, services, finances, marketing, technology, or internal records.

was lawfully known by the Intern before disclosure by the Organization;
is lawfully received from a third party without a duty of confidentiality;
must be disclosed by law, court order, or legal process, subject to any notice requirement allowed by law.


5. Access and Materials

The Organization may provide the Intern with access to documents, files, records, software, devices, systems, or other materials for internship purposes.

All such materials remain the property of the Organization unless stated otherwise in writing.


6. Return or Deletion of Information

At the end of the internship, or earlier upon request, the Intern shall promptly return or delete all Confidential Information and Organization property in the Intern’s possession or control, including documents, notes, devices, files, records, and copied materials, unless otherwise required by law.


7. Duration of Confidentiality

The Intern’s confidentiality obligations under this Agreement shall begin on the date of signing and continue during the internship and after the internship ends for:

8. No Transfer of Rights
