6. Compliance with Laws
The Hunter must comply with all applicable hunting, firearm, wildlife, land use, and safety laws, regulations, licensing requirements, and seasonal restrictions.
The Hunter is solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all required licenses, tags, permits, and approvals.
7. Guests and Additional Hunters
The following guest or additional hunter rules apply:

The Hunter must keep gates closed, respect boundary lines, and follow any reasonable property access instructions provided by the Landowner.
9. Safety Rules
The Hunter agrees to use safe hunting practices at all times. This includes proper firearm or bow handling, identification of targets, awareness of surrounding persons and property, and compliance with all posted warnings or landowner instructions.
The Hunter must immediately report any accident, injury, fire, property damage, or dangerous condition occurring on the property.
10. Property Care and Improvements
The Hunter will keep the property in reasonably clean condition and will not make permanent improvements or alterations without the Landowner’s prior written consent.
Any blind, stand, feeder, trail camera, or similar item placed on the property must comply with the Landowner’s rules and applicable law. The Hunter must remove personal property by [Date or End of Lease], unless otherwise agreed.
11. Assumption of Risk and Liability
The Hunter understands that hunting and use of rural or undeveloped land involve risks, including injury, wildlife encounters, uneven terrain, water hazards, weather conditions, and the actions of other persons.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Hunter assumes the risks associated with entering and using the property for hunting and related activities.
12. Indemnification
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Hunter agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Landowner from claims, losses, damages, or expenses arising out of the Hunter’s use of the property, the Hunter’s breach of this Agreement, or the acts or omissions of the Hunter’s guests or invitees, except to the extent caused by the Landowner’s willful misconduct or other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Insurance
