9. Damage and Loss

If damage occurs, Lessee shall promptly notify Lessor or the property manager and reimburse the reasonable cost of repair, replacement, or related charges to the extent allowed by law and this Agreement.

10. Cancellation and Default

12. Compliance with Resort or Management Requirements

If the resort, association, club, or property manager requires identification, registration forms, guest certificates, waiver forms, or other occupancy documents, Lessee agrees to complete them on time.

Lessor is not responsible for Lessee’s failure to meet property access or registration requirements if Lessee does not timely provide required information.

13. Indemnity and Responsibility for Conduct

Lessee is responsible for the conduct of all occupants and guests using the property through Lessee.

Lessee agrees to indemnify and hold Lessor harmless from claims, losses, charges, or penalties arising from Lessee’s misuse of the property, violation of property rules, or damage caused by Lessee or Lessee’s guests, except to the extent caused by Lessor’s own misconduct or as otherwise required by law.
