8. Maintenance and Damage

Each Co-Tenant agrees to keep the property reasonably clean and to avoid causing damage beyond normal wear and tear.

If damage is caused by one Co-Tenant or that Co-Tenant’s guest, that Co-Tenant will be responsible for the related repair or replacement cost.

If responsibility for damage cannot be clearly determined, the Co-Tenants will share the cost as follows:

9. Late Payment or Default

10. Early Move-Out
