Storage Rental Agreement Template

This Storage Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) is made and entered into on [Date], by and between:

Together referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Storage Unit

The Landlord rents to the Tenant storage space located at [Facility Address], specifically identified as Unit [Unit Number] (“Premises”). The Premises shall be used solely for the storage of personal or business property.

2. Term

The rental term shall commence on [Start Date] and continue on a [month-to-month/fixed-term] basis unless terminated in accordance with this Agreement.

3. Rent and Payments

9. Termination

10. Default

If the Tenant fails to pay rent or breaches this Agreement, the Landlord may deny access, terminate the Agreement, and dispose of property as permitted by law.
