REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST AGREEMENT

This Revocable Living Trust Agreement (“Agreement”) is made on [Effective Date], by and between:

Grantor: [Full Legal Name], residing at [Address]

and

Trustee: [Full Legal Name], residing at [Address]

1. Creation of Trust

The Grantor hereby transfers to the Trustee the property described in Schedule A, to be held, administered, and distributed in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.

2. Name of Trust

This trust shall be known as “[Grantor’s Name] Revocable Living Trust,” and may be amended or revoked by the Grantor at any time during their lifetime.

3. Trustee Powers and Duties

The Trustee shall manage the trust property, invest assets prudently, maintain accurate records, and distribute income and principal as directed herein.

4. Beneficiaries

Upon the death of the Grantor, the Trustee shall distribute the trust property to the beneficiaries named in Schedule B, in the manner and proportions specified.

5. Successor Trustee

If the Trustee is unable or unwilling to serve, the successor trustee named in Schedule C shall assume the role and responsibilities.

6. Revocation or Amendment

The Grantor may revoke or amend this trust in writing, signed and dated, and delivered to the Trustee.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed according to the laws of the State of [State].
