Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Project Scope

The Installer agrees to design, supply, and install a solar energy system at the Customer’s property located at [Address].
The system shall include all necessary panels, inverters, mounting equipment, and wiring as specified in Exhibit A – Technical Specifications.

2. Timeline

• Delays caused by unforeseen circumstances must be communicated promptly in writing.

3. Payment Terms

6. Insurance

7. Ownership of Equipment

Title to all equipment transfers to the Customer upon full payment of the project cost.

8. Maintenance and Support

9. Liability and Indemnification
