Collectively referred to as the “Parties.”

1. Services Provided

The Warehouse Provider agrees to store, handle, and manage the Client’s goods at the facility located at [Warehouse Address], including services such as:

• Receiving and inspection of goods.

• Safe storage and inventory control.

• Order fulfillment and packaging.

• Distribution and shipping coordination.

2. Term and Renewal

• This Agreement shall begin on [Start Date] and continue until [End Date] unless terminated earlier as per Section 10.

• The Agreement may automatically renew for additional periods upon mutual written consent.

3. Fees and Payment Terms

• Implement inventory management systems and provide regular reports.

• Promptly notify the Client of any damage, loss, or irregularities.

6. Liability and Insurance

• The Warehouse Provider’s liability for loss or damage is limited to $[Amount] per occurrence unless otherwise specified.

• The Client must carry insurance for goods, naming the Warehouse Provider as an additional insured party.

7. Inspection Rights
